if you travel for business: either a letter from the employer, stating the purpose of the trip or invitation from a company in Cambodia. |

a prepaid FedEx/DHL/UPS waybill, if you want your visa couriered back to you |

cash, check, money order or credit card payment for the amount specified below, depending on visa service |
