** This is the minimum regular processing period by embassy/consulate, please allow more time for
RCTC Corp. processing. The final decision to grant or deny visa is
the priority of the Indian Consulate and RCTC does not accept any
claims whatsoever for rejection cases.
*** Non-Canadian passport holders staying in Canada need to submit proof of the legality of their status in Canada.
**** Persons of Indian origin who are applying for visa must
submit their previous Indian passport (cancelled or otherwise) and Landing
paper/ PR Card or their Canadian passport with last Indian visa
endorsement.
