Please provide us with the following information to acquire an entry visa for Iran:

	passport valid more than 6 months with blank visa pages
	a filled out and signed application form.
	Canadian passport holders must provide their CV in details, including educational qualification, work experience, military service if any (name of military organization, rank, division & nature of responsibilities, duration, name and designation of the commander).
	one recent passport size color photo (without glasses) affixed to the application form
	a prepaid courier waybill, if you want your visa mailed to you (for the clients not in GTA)
	cash, check or money order for the amount specified below, depending on visa type
