	a valid passport
	a filled out application form. Please fill out the application online, print and sign before sending. (The form requires Abobe Acrobat.)
	letter from your employer on company letter-head bearing a date, seal and/or signature of the exacutive and stating applicant's position.
	one passport size photo (2" x 2")
	a prepaid FedEx waybill, if you want your visa mailed to you
	cash, cheque or money order for the amount specified below, depending on visa type

 †† This is the minimum period required by the embassy/consulate, please allow more time for RCTC Corp processing and delivery
 * For single entry tourist visas, fee is increased by $10 per entry, if applying for multiple entries (except Canadian Citizens).
 ** Visa and air ticket to the country of destination is required for transit visas.
