For tourist visa - copy of itinerary from travel agent;
For business visa - cover letter describing the purpose of business travel, copy of work permit if visitor intends to work in Zambia
For private visa - letter of invitation from the host in Zambia |

Citizens of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Somali, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE and all West African citizens must apply for Zambia visa at least 40-45 days before intended visit. |
